JumpStart’s team is committed to a smooth and successful rollout for customers. JumpStart Wireless provides extensive support in the development, deployment and on-going customer operation of BusinessSuite. An initial implementation team manages form development, form testing, device setup, and complete solution testing. Additionally this team provides training and roll out support. Training is made easier because customers can use familiar devices such as cell phones.
A good indication of the “ease of use” is the minimum amount of time required to train users. For most of our customers user training takes less than 30 minutes.
