Based Operations
JumpStart Wireless provides many avenues to allow the service technician to manage
the entire job process from the field. Use of portable printers, barcode scanners
and signature capture pads enables mobile workers to provide total service at

to decipher back at the office. All of the transaction is captured at point of

Printing
A “sled” attached to the handheld device allows the field staff
to print invoices or bill of materials
Bar Code Scanning
An attachment to the handheld or phone allows the field worker to scan bar
codes for part numbers, employee badges, and other identification purposes.
Signature Screen
A signature pad connected to the handheld enables the mobile worker to capture
proof of customer approval or agreement in the field
